The Midnight Run
They say that running really helps your overall health; muscular strength, cardiovascular improvement, lower blood pressure, calorie reduction, bone strengthening etc.

However, it also reduces stress, builds respect and confidence, connects you to others and to nature, boosts positive moods and is really accessible for all.
So, to help us all improve our way of being, to get us prepping for life's challenges we thought we would start a running club, and working with The Journey, in Helensburgh, we are starting with "The Midnight Run".

Scroll down for details.
At night, when I put my head down to sleep that's when it starts to go where I don't want it to go. I just can't sleep for my brain working overtime, my head flooded with thoughts, and worse still, irrational and illogical thoughts. The drama I create for myself is not great theatre.

If you're on your own, or feel alone, and you can't sleep for the worry, the stress then join us for a run, or jog or walk and share the space.

We haven't got all the answers however it can really help to be around others and to get some light exercise at the same time.

Don't make night-time a worry join us for The Midnight Run.
